Services for Michelle Salley Crowley, 32, of Nettleton were Dec. 16, 2008, at Oliver Funeral Home Chapel in Eupora with the Revs. Jimmy Bates and Dan Beardain officiating. Burial was in Edgeworth Cemetery.

She was born Aug. 16, 1976. Michelle was a graduate of Mississippi State University with a bachelor's degree in landscape architecture, summa cum laude, and a master of science degree from the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.

She was employed by Phillips Garden Center in Tupelo as their designer. Michelle was a Master Gardener, an active member of the Nettleton Church of Christ and secretary of Friends of the Library. She died Dec. 13, 2008.

Survivors include her daughter, Carlie Grace Crowley of Eupora; her parents, Red and Pudge Salley of Eupora; two brothers, Ken Salley of Flowood and Peter Salley of Eupora; and her best friend Leland Hatley of Nettleton.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Mart Salley.

Pallbearers were Chris Crowder, Kerby Jackson, Kenny King, Brett Kittredge, Eddie Martin, Nathan Rose, Chip Salley and Douglas Woods.
