Pilgrim's Rest

Dr. James Bryant, pastor, and members of the Pilgrim's Rest Baptist Church will be in revival July 25-28. The Rev. Doyle Cummings will bring the messages Sunday at 11 a.m. and 7 p.m., and Monday through Wednesday at 7 p.m. Special music will be each evening.

The church is located 3 ? miles west of Bellefontaine, Highway 404. Come and worship.

Sapa Baptist

Sapa Baptist Church, located three miles east of Eupora on U.S. 82, will hold revival July 25-28. The Rev. Johnny Parks, pastor of Jerusalem Baptist Church in Attala County, will be the evangelist. Tom and Linda Thompson from Kosciusko will direct the music.

There will be no Sunday School and Sunday morning services will be at 11 a.m. with covered-dish lunch to follow. Night services will be at 7 p.m. and finger foods will be served following the Wednesday night service.

Bellefontaine Methodist

Join Bellefontaine Methodist Church for a Vacation Bible School program that will be a little different. There will be an adults' class as part of this year's event. Join us for "Baobab Blast: God's Great Get-Together" July 28-30 beginning at 6 nightly.

We will gather in the sanctuary briefly, then share a kid-friendly supper each night before learning more about what God has to say about living together in a community.

Reed's Chapel

Reed's Chapel Baptist Church, Stewart, will have a Call to Prayer service on July 29 at 6:30 p.m. "We invited you to come join us in prayer for our nation, our state and our schools." Refreshments will be served.

Maben COGOP

The Browning Family of Elrod, Ala., will be in concert at Maben Church of God of Prophecy at 6 p.m. Aug. 1.

Grove Chapel M.B

Grove Chapel M.B. Church, Maben, will have revival services Aug. 2-6. Services start at 7 each night. The Rev. Curtis Wordlaw, pastor of Good Hope M.B. Church, will be the guest speaker for the week.
